Josh Attwood Studio designed The Little Book of Chocolate: Cakes and Pastries by Mélanie Dupuis for Hardie Grant Books. Published in March 2025, this 128-page hardback is the third title in Hardie Grant's mini chocolate series.
The book guides readers through chocolate techniques and processing, featuring over 15 recipes including Chocolate Chip Cookies, Millionaire's Shortbread, Paris-Brest Cake, Millefeuilles, and Pain au Chocolat. The compact format (192mm x 166mm) presents both instructional content and recipes in an accessible structure for home bakers.
Author Mélanie Dupuis trained as a pastry chef in France, working at restaurants including Hélène Darroze and Benoît Castel before transitioning to food writing.
