Josh Attwood Studio designed and hand-foiled the covers for all 400 copies of Craftsmanship in Conservation, a limited edition publication documenting the extensive restoration of Liberty's Grade II* listed Tudor Revival building in London. Published in collaboration with DBR London, the book was released to coincide with the completion of the multi-million pound renovation project in 2021.

The restoration marked the first major overhaul of the iconic department store since its construction in 1924 from the timbers of HMS Impregnable and HMS Hindustan. The two-year project involved DBR London's team of conservators, stonemasons, and craftspeople undertaking exterior timber cladding conservation, restoration of 1,500 original leaded light windows, roof lantern renewal, and gilding of the Mayflower weathervane.

The book was launched at an in-store event featuring talks from architects and craftspeople involved in the conservation work. Each copy features hand-foiled covers celebrating the craftsmanship central to both the building's history and its restoration.
